Biltong Build Marinating Cam. I got to making my Biltong tonight. I let it sit in salt for about an hour then I marinated it in Vinegar and Whourshcestersiererer sauce (you know the stuff.)
Instead of a Biltong box I use my smoker. I light it with charcoal and let it go slow and low. Not over 200F. It has gone out about an hour ago and I will leave it in there for a day or two.
Mmmmm. It’s going to be good.
